OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We want to get you your Manta® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put the best rotomolded coolers on the market to good use as soon as possible.

Manta offers free FedEx shipping on orders $35 and up before tax. Valid in the contiguous United States only, excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

Reminder: All custom logo, collegiate, or monogrammed coolers will require additional processing time. Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States (does not apply to HI or AK) and may pertain only to orders above a certain threshold (e.g., $35).

We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. All services are provided by FedEx. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. FedEx expedited options may not be available in all areas.

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS

Manta and FedEx will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2017. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

New Year's Day: January 1
Easter: April 15-16
Memorial Day: May 29
Independence Day: July 4
Labor Day: September 2-4
Thanksgiving : November 23 & 25
Christmas: December 22-25
New Year's Eve: December 30-31


CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES

Manta uses FedEx Ground service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

ALASKA AND HAWAII

All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via FedEx Ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. 

Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Manta products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.


INS AND OUTS OF THE MANTA RETURN POLICY

You can return your item(s) purchased from Manta.com up to 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund. Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. Manta does not offer store credit or gift cards. Manta does not accept returns on items purchased outside of Mantacoolers.com. For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order for the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of Mantacoolers.com will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Use a shipper of your choice to return your items. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

Please contact the Manta customer service team by emailing jr@mantacoolers.com to approve your return. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Order form to include inside the box with your return(s). This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from Manta via phone or website.
